How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Hospitalsremind Windows & Siding wants every homeowner to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Hospitalsremind Windows & Siding
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Hospitalsremind Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or decide things for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@hospitalsremind.skin. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
